Welcome to my Shop

Thank you so much for stopping by! As a new member of the Boticca community, I wanted to introduce myself...
I'm Ivy Long and I have been creating unique, handcrafted jewelry for over ten years. My work is a a fusion of lace-making and needlework techniques with traditional jewelry making skills.
I'm inspired by the limitless possibilities of color, texture and pattern formed by the combination of fiber, metal and semiprecious stones. I began honing my jewelry-making skills early, apprenticing with several jewelry designers while still in my teens. A love of fiber arts and historical costume, inherited from my milliner mother, led to the incorporation of fine crochet and lacemaking techniques into my jewelry. The result is an elegant and romantic collection of highly individualized pieces that feature meticulous interweavings of silk, gold and silver thread, embroidery, semiprecious stones, vintage beads, and handcrafted chains.
I strive to create jewelry celebrates the eternal feminine with designs that are beautiful, complex, delicate yet strong, and distinctive--just like the women who wear them!
Warm Regards, Ivy
